Quick Coffee Cake

Ingredients:
2 Cups regular Flour
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking Powder
2/3 cup wesson oil
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk topping
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 cup pecans (cut up)
Directions
for preparation:
Mix
first 8 ingredients like a pie crust.
Add eggs and buttermilk
Put into greased 8 by 13 inch pan
Put on topping
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
Special hints
Do Not Use Self Rising Flour
I add 1/2 cup nuts to batter and sometimes a cup of raisins
Can be mixed up night before and baked next morning.
