Chocolate Eclairs

Ingredients:
2 small boxes instant FRENCH VANILLA pudding mix
3 cups of milk
1 8oz container of Cool Whip
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
3 Tabs. margarine
1 1/2 cups powered sugar
4 Tabs. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions for preparation:
In a 9x13 pan lay graham cracker squares to cover bottom of pan. Mix instant pudding with milk until blended, about 2 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread 1/2 of pudding mix over crackers, top with another layer of crackers. Spread remaining pudding mix over this layer of crackers and top with 3rd layer of crackers. In microwave melt unsweetened chocolate with margrine. Add powdered sugar, mixing well. Add vanilla. spread this over graham crackers. Refrigerate overnight.
